The creator of this design used "Adobe Photoshop" to create this frozen liquid style in the picture. They used a certain brush style and created a 3D effect in the design to make it look like there was a liquid texture to the photo.

I like how this picture is 3D and I like how the made the face by using the frozen liquid style, it's really cool to look at!

ReplyDeleteIt's cool how even though the head appears to be formed out of water, it still maintains its lines and definition as a 3D shape!
